How much do you charge?
We charge a modest setup fee to recruit, train and setup the assets required to efficiently generate results. Post setup, we charge a retainer + commission to manage and coach the team everyday. Our recruitment team will also be presenting new closer applications every month to improve the team strength. Once we have a strategy call, we will be able to ascertain the exact fees.

What is your typical conversion rate?
Our goal is to achieve a conversion rate of 8 to 25% which totally depends upon your lead quality, marketing communication, offer clarity & support system. In Some cases we have had a 45% conversion rate.
What is your onboarding process?
After conducting a quality audit and finalizing the commercial terms, we initiate the onboarding process. This includes selecting the right closers, providing comprehensive training, and setting up the necessary systems. The entire onboarding process typically takes between 14 to 20 working days, depending on factors such as the number of closers required and the range of products involved.
Will I get to speak to the sales closer before they begin?
Of course! After we complete the multiple rounds of screening, we will setup an interview with to decide if he or she is in line with your requirements.
How do you conduct the quality audit?
After we have our initial discovery meeting and you are comfortable moving ahead with our offer, We will sign an NDA to begin the quality audit. We will be reviewing your past 6 months sales data, service/products, marketing ads, sales funnel and speaking with a few successful clients. Each category carries 20 points. If you get a score above 70%, we will share the contract and begin our onboarding process. The quality audit typically takes 5 to 7 days.
How quickly can I expect results?
Results vary based on factors like your sales process, lead quality, and smooth collaboration between teams. We strive to optimize your sales, but timelines differ for each client. Our goal is to drive success by leveraging our expertise and continuous improvement. Good things take time, so If you are looking for a quick fix, we will not be a good fit.
How will you ensure my leads are secure?
We prioritize lead security through confidentiality agreements, secure data management, trusted technology, employee training, and compliance with regulations. Your leads are handled with utmost care and protected throughout the sales process using protected XL sheets and powerful CRMs.
