we dont believe in providing salaries to our closers. We are consultants who get a retainer plus performance-driven payout. We take a percentage per sale that our closers generate as revenue for your business. This ensures that our incentives are aligned, and we are motivated to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, to retain full-time closers on your account, we charge an affordable base retainer. A minimum of 2 closers will be assigned along with a sales manager. Depending on the level of your sales process and systems, there may be a setup fee to bring your operations up to international standards required to manage a high-performance sales team.”

Our goal is to achieve a conversion rate of 8 to 25% which totally depends upon your lead quality, marketing communication, offer clarity & support system. In Some cases we have had a 45% conversion rate.
After conducting a quality audit and finalizing the commercial terms, we initiate the onboarding process. This includes selecting the right closers, providing comprehensive training, and setting up the necessary systems. The entire onboarding process typically takes between 14 to 20 working days, depending on factors such as the number of closers required and the range of products involved.
We take full ownership of recruiting the right closers for your specific needs from our pool of trained sales specialist. However, if you desire to be involved in the selection process, we can discuss and come to an understanding based on our terms and conditions.
After we have our initial discovery meeting and you are comfortable moving ahead with our offer, We will sign an NDA to begin the quality audit. We will be reviewing your past 6 months sales data, service/products, marketing ads, sales funnel and speaking with a few successful clients. Each category carries 20 points. If you get a score above 70%, we will share the contract and begin our onboarding process. The quality audit typically takes 5 to 7 days.
Results vary based on factors like your sales process, lead quality, and smooth collaboration between teams. We strive to optimize your sales, but timelines differ for each client. Our goal is to drive success by leveraging our expertise and continuous improvement. Good things take time, so If you are looking for a quick fix, we will not be a good fit.
