About The Role
Exclusive Closer is currently rapidly growing and looking for full time skilled, self-motivated, and energetic sales closers to join our team. You will need to work diligently to convert warm leads into sales. Weโre looking for a dynamic team player to work closely with our performance coach & sales leader to accelerate overall growth of our clients.

Requirements
โ Resident of INDIA with a valid PAN Card and Indian bank account. Outside INDIA candidates can apply, however you will need to adhere to the Indian Tax laws.
โ Smartphone, Laptop with a HD camera and high speed internet connection with power backup
โ Relevant proof of past sales data or commissions earned in the last 6 months.
โ A formal jacket or suit for official meetings.

Remuneration
Initially you can potentially earn up to INR 1 Lakh in the first 60-90 days. Post which you can earn anywhere between INR 70,000 to 2,00,000/month as a Full-Time Sales Closer
Most of our clients provide a fixed retainer + sliding commissions ie. hit a certain target and unlock the next % slab. This is will mostly be the case if you have past experience of getting results quickly.
Some accounts you will get a high fixed commission with bonus incentives. And a few accounts you will get a Retainer + Commissions + Bonuses.
Once you get past the interview rounds, we will present the compensation structure keeping in mind how you can achieve your financial freedom in the quickest possible manner.

Exclusive Closer was founded in January 2019 by Aum Janakiram after getting certified as a High Ticket Closer from Dan Lok University (Vancouver). After experiencing the success in the west, He made a pledge to develop the remote closing industry in India.

Exclusive Closer decided to do something about that problem by educating coaches, trainers and elearning companies that they are leaving a lot of money on the table by not effectively dealing with their leads and helped match them with RIGHT closers. A closer who was passionate about their niche and knew that they would be doing a great service by helping transform lives.
Over the year, Exclusive Closer continues to learn, evolve methodologies, processes, systems and training material that is best suited for the Indian market.
As of March 2024, we have generated over 63 Crores of revenue for our clients and work with the TOP 1% of successful coaches & elearning companies in the Industry.
